The Long Myers Williams Group (LMW) - A non-for-profit Human Capital & Development Consultancy Organization was founded by a small group of African American visionaries who overcame the obstacles of discrimination, segregation, and systematic racism to become leaders in their chosen profession and the African American community. They wanted to help shape and transform the next generation of African Americans leaders.

LMW Group creates human capital and development programs that implement clear directions, techniques, and systems that meet our clientele needs.

The LMW Group provides consultancy assistance to advance the closure of social and educational gaps, while featuring readiness skills that are critical for human development and capital growth. We provide our services to educational institutions, community, civic organizations and governmental agencies.
